Hi, I’m Mukisa Joshua William, and I believe healthcare should reach everyone, no matter where they live.

Right now, over 600 million people in Africa live without access to even basic healthcare. Every minute, 13 of them die because the care they need simply doesn’t exist where they are.

We’re here to change that.

Introducing Siena
As founder of The Burnratty Investment Group, I’ve spent the past two years building Siena—an AI-powered healthcare platform designed specifically for rural Africa.

Siena combines:

🏥 Modular, mobile clinics that go where traditional systems don’t

🤖 AI tools that make healthcare workers smarter, faster, and more effective

🌍 A platform built for scale and equity, starting with our pilot in Uganda

We’ve built a working prototype, validated the technology, and assembled a world-class team with over 250 years of combined experience across healthcare, technology, and social impact.

What We’re Raising
We’re raising $100,000 to take Siena from prototype to real-world impact by launching our first full-scale clinic in rural Uganda.

Every dollar will directly fund:

$25,000 — MVP development (software + hardware integration)

$20,000 — Licenses, legal compliance, and approvals

$15,000 — Community outreach and patient recruitment

$30,000 — Hiring and training local healthcare workers

$10,000 — Operational runway + 6-month contingency

If we don’t reach our goal by 15th October, 2025, you’ll have the option to request a full refund or allow us to proceed with a leaner pilot plan.

Why This Matters to Me
Like many African families, mine has suffered deeply, not from rare or untreatable diseases, but from delay, distance, and systemic failure.

I’ve lost loved ones because:

• A surgical sponge was left inside after an operation
• A cancer diagnosis came too late to act
• An infection went untreated
• No emergency response arrived in time after an accident

These aren’t isolated tragedies. They are symptoms of a healthcare system that was never built for everyone.

That’s why I founded Burnratty. That’s why we built Siena. And with your help, we can finally build the care system people deserve, not someday, but now.
